Has anyone taken these? Do you have to modify your eating habits or work out more? Any tips? Or what did you do while on these Pills. I'm wanting to lose about 15-20 pounds. I'm 18, 140, 5'3"

No,I don't trust Diet Pills. Anyway most of the safer 'Fat' or 'Weight Loss' ingredients in Diet Pills are caffeine and the same or similar antioxidants found in green tea.
My personal and unsolicited advice. Don't do the Diet Pill routine. Just get active and eat right. Don't expect something magical to come from nothing or you set yourself up for major disappointment.
