Diet Pills don't really work, but if you really wanted to take a supplement, you should take green tea, or green tea extract, to boost your metabolism.

There are only two products to be proven to increase Fat oxidisation for Weight Loss and they are green tea and caffeine. If the a Diet Pill doesn't contain at least one of them, it won't work and if it does contain it, well it's just cheaper to drink a cup of green tea or coffee as drinking one cup of green tea a day has the same effects as the best Pills available.

You are better off without Pills because of potential side effects, but Capsiplex contains capsaicin which is in hot peppers and does raise metabolism and does increase the calories burned during exercise though like any hot pepper, could affect something in your digestive system. Green Tea reduces appetite, and caffeine does raise heart rate.

I wouldn't do it, but you're the one in a rush and willing to take risks.
A proper Diet and exercise will always get you to your ideal weight without the Pills. The key is keeping the weight off, so you'll need a permanent good Diet anyway. If you have a lot of Fat and it burns off fast, you release the stored toxins and vitamins faster and that could also poison you, and your skin doesn't have time to adjust, so you get loose flabby skin also.
