I am 15, 200lbs, 5"6', and mostly sedentary. I know how to Lose Weight because I did it before. I just need a way to start and a faster way to Lose Weight; my goal weight is 150lbs. Please help.

There are so many things you can do to loose weight.
You can engage yourself in regular exercise, maintain a special Diet, stop taking junk foods that can make you Fats etc.
