sorry to say Pills don't work. its makes it harder when you stop taking them, it is hard to maintain your weight but with with walking a bit every day and having 3 meals a day and a calorie controlled Diet you can get there.. good luck
Many of the Diet Pills out there rely on some form of caffeine or other stimulant to increase your adrenaline. When your adrenaline is increased, you are not as hungry. This isn't a great long-term strategy, and of course it does not change the underlying habits that cause people to be over weight. It is also not healthy for your body.
Consider changing your habits and physical reasons why you are not Losing Weight. Three critical factors that have been studied and prove to help people Lose Weight are: 1) have a piece of exercise equipment near you (say in your bedroom), when you see it, you will have a reminder that you need to work out. This is better than having to plan a gym trip, which is easy to rationalize that you do not have time to do. 2) weigh yourself everyday. Incremental progress and the ability to see improvement or maybe no improvement is a motivator. 3) If you have bad food in the house, throw it away. If you drive pass your favorite food place, change your driving route. Do not make it easy for you to binge or have access to crap. When people quit smoking, leaving cigarettes out or frequenting bars where everyone is smoking is not a good quit strategy.

Diet Pill has lots of side effects. So it's better to Lose Weight in a natural way. Try to have a regular exercise and avoid eating midnight snacks.
