Advice on workout and weight loss?

Question by A: Advice on workout and Weight Loss?
I just recently got my gym membership for the first time.
I've never done any workouts or anything. I'm just looking at something to get me in shape. I'm looking for some workout advice, Weight Loss tips, etc.

What should be my daily workout routines at the gym? How long?
Should I get anything, like protein shake? Or what would you suggest?
Is there anything else you'd like to suggest for this workout, Weight Loss, etc?

I would love to hear all of your ideas and suggestions! Just sPill!
