I've tried working out and Dieting and I didn't see a difference. So I was just wondering, What Diet Pill works the best and fast that's NOT dangerous. Please help, I wanna look good for my husband again!

I took long walks with the baby in the stroller with a friend how had the same every night. I watched richard simmons show when it was on, so like 15 mins of morning super eacy exercise, no fried foods what so ever and no beef, no other food changes but those. For one I cycled an hour a night too. Thats all it took me, the first one was the easiest the rest were not nearly as easy.

ReplyDeleteEat healthy if your breast feeding this will help,put bub in a pram and take he/she for a walk around the block one in the morning and one in the afternoon eat well must have a good breackfast and swap dinner and lunch around have acooked meal at lunch and for dinner have a samwhich if you go to bed with a large meal in your tummy your not going to burn it all away while your asleep....
no Diet Pill is ever safe make sure you ask your doctor for advise as well..
im sure ur husband understands will like you just the way you are you just had a baby give it time it took me 18months be for i lost all the baby Fat.. good luck
