Ok I have lost weight over the last couple of months by calorie counting and exercise. Now if I exercise and indulge in eating (sweets etc) not a whole lot but some over the last couple of days and I know today I will eat a lil sweets bread etc. But come tomorrow I will start back in my Weight Loss routine will I gain weight back that fast. I even was considering pace walking which usually I burn alot of calories this morning. Any advise I would appreciate.
