I'm a 14 year old girl, I'm 5'9 and I weigh about 145 lbs. By June I want to get down to 130 lbs or 125 lbs. Currently I play basketball for school (an hour and a half practice 3-5 times a week and and about two games per week). If I do this and eat pretty healthy (about 1700 calories per day). Do you think I can reach my goal by June? I ask this because so far I've been playing basketball and eating healthy for a few weeks and my weight hasn't changed. Is there anything else I can do to boost my Weight Loss? Thanks!
