Just get your self moving and eating a healthy Diet. the drugs are prescribed because they are dangerous and need to be monitored during use.
The over the counter version is Speed but it's of course not really over the counter.

There is not. Both are highly controlled pharmaceutical drugs. There are many herbal Dietary supplements out there that claim they are as effective. They use in house "clinical studies" not nationally accepted clinical trials.
ReplyDeleteBeware of all the name knockoffs like phentremine, phentarmine, and Phen375. They are nothing but unapproved Diet Pills usually loaded with caffeine and mega doses of vitamins or herb extracts.
