Where I live it's raining 75% of the time (even in the summer) and so it's really hard to do exercise outside.
You may have seen me ask another question earlier on about Weight Loss and I kinda mentioned this issue but the question was mainly focusing on something else, so here I want to ask more specifically.
So where I live it's always either raining or very wet, so it's really hard to exercise outside. Will doing exercises at home be the same or is it not as good. And just to tell you, my house is incredibly small (like, the bathroom, kitchen, lounge room, and two rooms) so there's barely any space to move around.
Is walking / jogging on the spot going to be the same as jogging/walking outside?
And will sit ups and lunges help me to Lose Weight?? Or will they not help much?

yes , any excercising is good excercising , sure it can be a bit monotonous , because you can't be outside , but it will be good for you if you are self-motivated --- good luck

Always remember that doing exercise will always be beneficial to Lose Weight so there is no issue that your doing exercise at home or outside.
ReplyDeleteAny exercise is good, but I HIGHLY suggest that you go outside in the rain. Running in wet, slippery, muddy conditions will require more stabilizer muscles and energy. So if you can run your target distance in those conditions, then in perfect conditions like Olympics, you would be able to go even further.
